Slimmed: Weight-loss hypnosis

I’ve used for a few days now. I like the voice used it’s calming and doesn’t change volume during a session. Background music is also pleasant. I wish there were options to choose either awake after or sleep. I use this before bed since it’s my only quiet time and I don’t like that it ends with being awake and refreshed. It takes a bit after to settled back down and go to sleep. I am awaiting to see results after 5-7 days of using. Hopefully I see results that are favorable.

I just finished my first audio hypnosis session. It was really nice and relaxing. I feel good. Let’s see how it works!
