I use the app when it rains but for some reason whenever I try to schedule on the app. For some reason it says something about trip denial despite trying to schedule on operating hours. What a joke of an app
The app has to be easy to use to schedule Sacramento Paratransit rides that are round trip rides. Because riders have to use their phones to schedule rides.
Very easy to book and cancel trips and see when the bus is arriving on the day of pick up. Hope they can add the feature to buy coupons or bus passes, and then be able to show your phone as proof of payment/fare.
