Bingo Winner - Win Real Money

I read all the reviews on joy box games but decided to proceed anyway that being said I enjoyed all of the different games they offered and was winning money on the ones I was playing. The problem came when I wanted to withdraw because of the policy they had to deposit more before you withdraw. I refused to do that and didn’t play any of their games for several months. I was just about to delete all of their games and my money as well when I decided to go back and play some more and try to withdraw again. I did but this time I decided to withdraw the minimum amount instead of all my winnings and guess what I didn’t have to make a deposit and got my money in literal minutes. After that initial withdrawal I was able to withdraw the rest of my money without any problems. I am so glad I didn’t delete these games they are definitely legit ! I understand the withdrawal mission is probably something to cover them from scammers .

At first things were going really well. I play bingo outside of this and I liked the app the FIRST and ONLY day. Winnings were good but I noticed I had a strangely convenient Bad streak after winning under the higher paid games. I’d try to do lower ranked ones to get back what was lost but would lose too and it would require more money. I was NOT allowed to cash out an 86$ award because I “needed to deposit 89 more dollars” in order to be ALLLOWED to cash out. I kept playing to try and just have the supposed money required and then conveniently every. Single. Game. I have a horrific streak of bad cards, less than 4k points on one game and almost no bingos while other players ranked in 20k or even MORE points. Even times I had full 13 bingo on board I’d be placed as just under the pay scale or DEAD last and it was sus how the 3rd place always was just 100 points ahead of me to kick me off the pay board. This game is absolutely rigged. And this comes more obvious when I was allowed to withdraw 4.19$ but not the 86. I withdrew all my money and will be deleting my account and the game. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable especially the responses from the team on App Store for how they seem to handle it. We all can see it is a rigged system. And we all can see that when people give you their usernames you will take action on their accounts. No thanks.

I don’t leave reviews, unless something goes wrong and customer support doesn’t help. With that being said, I’ve been playing this game for over a month now. Everything was fine until a few days ago, when the game had a glitch. I entered a few cash games and won. Then I decided to enter a game with diamonds, with a cash prize. That game glitched and crashed taking everything I had except for $.80. I contacted customer support and sent them a screenshot of my game history, while showing $.80. A couple days later, they told me to screenshoot the game that glitched and crashed. I asked them how was I supposed to do that. They told me that game wasn’t in my records and that all my winnings plus what I already had equals $.80. I won 3 games in a row before the glitch happened. Those 3 winnings plus what I had before the glitch equaled more than $.80. Since I didn’t have a screenshot of the glitched/crashed game, I was told that nothing would be done. They came back asking if I needed help with anything, while saying the ticket will be closed if I don’t respond. However, I never got the opportunity to respond because they immediately closed the case after asking if I needed help. I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW IF ANYTHING CHANGES. I tried clicking App Support, but it kept taking me to a website that wouldn’t allow me to send anything. However, my game name is Milan.
