I am a professional trainer and have an LCL sprain and found this program to assist with my rehabilitation. It started off ok but when Phase 2 began many of the exercises were not injury specific and just general leg strengthening focused. Many are used all the time for leg conditioning and the program offered very little different from my existing knowledge so the paid subscription was not worth it and I cancelled on day 1. I would advise any athletes and trainers win either are certified as a training expert or any athlete that has been to PT not to pay for this program. It doesn’t provide a rehabilitation edge which is why it only receives 3.7 stars. The videos also take time to load.
I’m thrilled to share my experience with the sports injury rehabilitation app. As a 30-year-old who underwent two knee lateral meniscus tears and surgeries during my teenage and early adult years, I had been struggling with persistent knee pain for the past year. Even light leg workouts and walks longer than 30 minutes triggered discomfort, and I often woke up with aching knees. Desperate for relief, I began using the app’s knee program in hopes of finding a solution. I was already taking supplements like MSM, collagen, and bone and joint support, but they weren’t providing the relief I needed. After just two months on the app’s program, I’m amazed at the transformation I’ve experienced. My knee pain and discomfort have decreased by nearly 90%, and I’ve only reached phase 2 of the program. It feels like I’ve reclaimed my quality of life, and I can’t express how grateful I am for this app. It’s given me hope and tangible results, making it an invaluable tool in my journey towards better knee health. Thank you for this amazing app!
The free features worked fine. But when I paid to upgrade, I didn’t immediately receive my subscription. I sent in a request to customer support. It took a while to resolve, but they gave me a free upgrade for my trouble! The app has been helpful in getting me back running and playing basketball. I will be using what I learned to help keep my calves healthy and strong and hopefully prevent future injuries.
