I downloaded the app today. I tried to open the app and it just stays on the opening screen. So I deleted the app from phone to redownload, but it still doesnโ€™t openโ€ฆ whatโ€™s wrong?

Iโ€™ve ordered two piece three months ago and havenโ€™t receive my order at all!!!! Iโ€™ve contacted them numerous of times AND NO hasnโ€™t got back in touch with me in regards to my order. Iโ€™ve reported them the BBB about this. This shop doesnโ€™t any stars at all. I WANT MY REFUND BACKโ€ผ๏ธ

Scam

Ordered something well over a month ago and never received it. After trying contact links that didnโ€™t work I was finally able to find an email address that I had to manually type in. Then they replied back and said that they were experiencing delays on items. But no communications other than that. They said they would be sending it out soon and providing shipping information. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no information from them and still no product. This app should be removed from the App Store as I have seen other reviews stating the same thing.
