Unfortunately since ACCESS got added to my profile I can only use access rides now and have to call in every flex ride. I’d much rather the opposite since I use flex ride multiple times a day on days of use rather than ACCESS being a single round trip. No one has been able to help. I do like the newest update but it would be nice to use both flex rides & ACCESS as advertised.

I installed this app and set up an account two days ago, but I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I was a little concerned that there was no password asked for, but figured that the fact that it was supposed to be associated with the phone number of the phone that it’s installed on would be enough, but apparently not, as I just got a notification that the ride that I requested, which I didn’t, was excepted, and it was nowhere near where I am. Somebody else obviously was able to use my account, and I not only canceled, but called RTC to let them know. I hope the person that tried to use my account is still expecting the ride and freezes while waiting for a ride that isn’t coming. People need to be more honest. This app also needs to require a password so that stuff like this doesn’t happen in the future.
