Says there are no passes available to purchase or routes available to take. The option to add a payment card takes you to a blank screen. There is no support available via the Saint John transit website, developer website or App Store.
It works and I am able to book a ride but it takes forever to do because it is not user friendly at all and is very confusing.
Love the service. One frustration with the app. The default screen only lets you chose “where to” and not your origin. If I select a bookmark as my “where to” I get a screen saying “confirm your trip’s start location” with your current location but doesn’t let you change it! Clunky and not intuitive when you are pre-scheduling trip that will start where you are not currently located. Otherwise, love the service
