Gubagoo

The latest update for Gubagoo on my iPhone has made the app unusable. Every time I load the app it just shows a black screen. I’ve waited, nothing happens. Just a blank black screen. For the majority of us, this is how we make our living. Being the first to respond and offer help. I’m lucky I have a laptop which the app still works on. I feel bad for the people that don’t. They’re stuck losing clients and potential revenue to support themselves. Thank you for the update!

Here’s an idea! You have thousands of users that utilize this app daily. Why not update this app to fix bugs and crashes. Individuals using this as a business tool will benefit and you will yield higher reviews and more users in the process. It’s only mutually beneficial for everyone. 🤷

Looks like this is a very common Issue, reading the reviews, well my co-workers are experiencing the same thing, at least half of us are. The app sometimes is buggy or just freaks out and kicks me out, which is annoying but manageable, no app is perfect, but I need to be sure I don’t have to login to Gubagoo every couple hours or I miss out on chats. Do I need to set an alarm to remind myself to log back in? That’s the point it’s got to, please fix!
