I have tried everything I can find even looking online for help but cannot get the AM/PM to show correctly. For example, it is AM currently but the phone shows PM. If I can’t get it to show correctly, I’m returning it and getting a Fitbit because I know that will be accurate.

This app is a complete waste of time, the Blood Oxygen, Heartrate and Blood Pressure functions are SO BAD, if you trusted them, you’d be dead! I bought this watch to monitor my oxygen levels and heartrate, while recovering from Covid, and I almost died bc it was saying my O2 levels were 98-99%, and my heartrate was 85bpm… when in reality they where at 88% and 105bpm!! When I went to the hospital, the Doctor tried the watch and app and agreed that it was a HORRIBLE product.

Idk how to contact you so I’m writing a review 😅 Pretty good app+watch, but the problem arises with the connection to apple health. In the CoolWear app itself, it displays the correct amount of steps, however frequently in the apple health app it shows the incorrect amount of steps taken. Like about double?! I’ve tried every way I can think of to fix it but can’t seem to 😕 (I even spent an hour on the phone with apple customer service, and I thought it was fixed but no, I think it’s on the CoolWear end) I’ve even looked through all the settings and such. I’d be happy to raise my review if this problem is fixed, it’s really messing up all my walking games :( Other than that, it has good exercise tracking and decent watch customization all things considered. Besides the occasional crash, I like the app design- simple and easy to understand
