I received my halo ring and was so excited so I can track my health, with chronic illness taking over my life. It says to download this app via the instructions. This looks cheap and like a scam/temu version.. not at all like the website shows the app to be or even the things it tracks. I have yet to even use the ring. Just received. Still charging. Fits great, color is gorgeous. The free gifts that came with like stackable rings and a silicone cover look cheap and tacky. Again not at all like the ads or even what the influencers have by any means. They’re huge, and tacky looking. The silicone cover doesn’t even look like it’s going to fit the ring itself. Also came black, with a pink ring… I’m definitely second guessing my money spent. I feel totally scammed. Should’ve just spent the money on the Ours ring and app/subscription.
I wish I could put 5/5 but there are a lot of problems with the app. I will say I love you don’t have to pay a monthly fee for using but there are a few things that started out fine and now won’t work. In the beginning it tracked my cycle and I loved that you could see predictions but now it won’t even let me enter in the date of my last cycle. It also won’t let me record mental state. Also on readiness mine also says 100 and so I know it is tracking right. The battery also doesn’t last as long as it did when I first got it. It used to hold a charge for 2-3 days now I can barely go a day without charging.
I like the app. I like what it shows me and it’s free! So I’m thankful for that. I wish it showed you a weekly and monthly report for your heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, & HRV like it does for your sleep tracking. I would love to show it to my doctors without having to flip through each page. I also wish it did a monthly report and more in depth report with the mind & readiness score. I have POTS & narcolepsy & this would greatly help showing my doctors my fatigue consistencies. I wish it also detected naps automatically instead of entering them manually. I try to enter my naps & it tells me that it can’t be at the same time as resting period which I know I’m entering it correctly? I noticed that there is a glitch with the period tracker. It predicted my irregular period correctly! Super impressed with that, but I went to confirm my period & it won’t let me do it. Lastly, I wish it let me change the clock from military time to a normal clock setting. Overall, the app is okay, I don’t have too many glitches. But for a 60 dollar ring, the app could be a little better.
