For such a fantastic effort by the UAE, the app seems to be painfully lacking. Extremely slow and worst of all, it requires you to login multiple times which is extremely inconvenient. This morning we tried to book a smart queue for Japan and my linked ticket was missing. After multiple attempts to re-scan, re-link, re-upload, re-login, re-what have you (and updating the app!), no luck. I had to go to the website of all places and try my luck there only to find the window to book the smart queue had passed. Utter waste of our morning and my ticket still doesn’t show up on the app lol

I have been using the expo app every time I’ve visited and it has been such a life saver. After the update it’s gotten so much easier to use though. The app opens up right at the map which saves me personally a lot of time, and everything I need is on the home page. It used to take me some time to go through to find what I need but now it’s all there. I think they were also using a dark theme previously which (again- just a personal opinion) I’m not comfortable using but they’ve gone light and simplified the menu which I love.

A list of pavillions with markings of those completed and ability to make your own itinerary would be highly appreciated
