An easy way to check balances etc. One annoying thing: it isn’t possible to copy the details from the “Pay Money In” screen. It would be useful to be able to cut-and-paste the acoustic number erc.

First of all I just want to mention that the app is fine on mobiles, it’s fast, fluid and has all the functionality you expect from a banking app. Unfortunately it is not optimised for iPad. I’m sure I’m not alone in doing most of my banking on a tablet these days so it was very disappointing to see that the app is only for mobiles. I fully understand that you can enlarge the view in a compatibility mode but it’s not the same experience as a fully fledged iPad app. Please take note of this for future updates.

Downloaded app on iPad, which it does simultaneously on my iPhone 7, set up easy, nice to use (on iPhone) finger print to open, all looks good. ,! BUT, not working on iPad mini, with latest software, just an RCI box opens, say, Set device pin, and other advice, but nowhere to set up, nothing, deleted it, and re-installed, still just the dead box, no advice on app developers site, or under FAQ. ☹️ HOPEFULLY DEVELOPERS WILL SEE THIS.
