My son was a school janitor for a year. In that year I rushed it to Schools First because I have a more distant family member that told me how awesome this bank is. I am a person that unfortunately has bad luck. I’m not trying to manifest it but there’s just no other way to describe it. Schools First has gone through SO MANY ups and downs, complicated issues that needed to be unraveled and sorted out. They’re kind and patient and they’ve taught me a lot Schools First has stood by me in every single situation. as loyal as a true friend. I mean this with all my heart! I cannot say enough about this bank. I am so fortunate to be a member. I really do feel blessed. I don’t say that about businesses. Sometimes a bank teller might look at me like, how did you get here? I just say it doesn’t matter, but that was the luckiest day in my life the smartest thing I’ve ever done for myself. Since joining, I have a beautiful Tesla model S that I financed with Help through Schools First . My credit went from a 300 to almost 700 now . They’ve patiently waited on the phone with me and walked through through so many things . I know at least one day in my life I was fortunate enough to see my opportunity and I took it . I’ve slowly moved up the steps to better credit ,a great new car and more financial security , all due to the best bank in the world Thank you Schools First !
Hello to everybody who’s reading this, The first of I just wanted to say that my wife actually got me to join schools first. And since I live in a mountain town of Southern California in San Bernardino mountains are nearest branch office is a good 45 minutes or so. Which means we will have to drive down now now there is multiple mountain communities that have other banks or credit unions, however there is no SchoolsFirst up here in the mountains there is an area credit union which is in Crestline however because the city I live in which is running Springs there is no schools first credit union which I wish there was one close by however this app makes it very convenient when I want to check my account or other things so to the developer thank you for making this app SchoolsFirst FCU Mobile for all the hard work you guys you do. To anybody who is nervous about or this is your first time joining schools first there a good credit union and they care about their customers I’m like thanks. I should know because I had another credit union called area credit union which is a decent credit union however I was able to get a car loan from my schools first credit union and they were definitely definitely 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re going to buy or get in our loan I would suggest using auto land they are the best.
There were a couple of things that I didn't like about the old app but this new one is no Bueno. The print is too large and in your face. I like seeing my finances all at once. It will also only let me make one transfer at a time and then I have to log out and log back in. Maybe do a survey first before launching this wonderful new change? It's not. The web version is the same but at least I can make more than one transfer. I also don't like the way the new version has this in your face "offers" advertisement, even when you have to click it away each time and it still says offers. I don't like how it doesn't give me the option to go to the web version like the old app had when logging in. Now I'm extra confused knowing what money I have with the set up having to scroll around. I hate that the credit will post two days later but not tell you. It won't let you choose the amount to pay off the credit card more than one time or if its more than the recommended. So the more transactions you make and pay you begin to lose track. Too bad it doesn't display it more clearly. ZELLE is missing and they're saying is a profile issue. Uhhhh Ohhh kayyyy! Thanks for nothing.
