Please fix what I call the white screen of death. The app reliably logged you out repeatedly during the day multiple times. And then you have to IVR back in log back into the site and go through multiple steps to get back to where you were. It’s very very annoying. And this problem has persisted through multiple app updates
Need to hurry up with the lock and unlock portion of the app. It’s a pain to write someone while AT&T has been able to do it for years with their NFSD. Seems a lot better than using the web version it’s a little faster. I still report back to using the web version for reading the alarm reports as a majority of it is cut off. But the lay out is nice. Adding the ability for techs to see a spec analyzer and heat maps would be a nice feature.
