لا يوجد مصداقيه ولا يوجد اهتمام
للاسف شفت السياره بالشارع يوم الخميس ٢٢ جون ومكتوب عليها الاعلان توصيل بنفس اليوم عن طريق الابلكيشن، حملته وطلبت! فجاء المندوب يبلغني بيوصلك السبت لان فيه طلبات ناقصه! قلت له احتاج اكنسل لان عندي مناسبه الخميس والجمعه فا اذا ما راح يوصل اليوم اروح واشتريها انا بنفسي. اعتذر وقال اوك ولكن اليوم الاثنين ٢٦ جون وما صار اي شي. رقم التواصل في الابلكيشن ما احد يرد عليه حاولت اكثر من ٥ مرات انتظر رد بمايقارب ١٠ دقايق ويفصل .. حاولت الغي الطلب بيطلع لي خطاء وما يلغي. فا ما وصل الطلب، وما قدرت الغيه، ما فيه احد يرد، وتم خصم المبلغ. كيف الطريقه الان!!؟ فعليا اعلان فاشل، وتعامل فاشل، وسيتم رفع شكوى رسميه لوزاره التجاره بخصوص هالتعامل وخصم المبلغ بدون بدون استرجاع او توصيل للطلب.
