I’ve followed Muchelleb for years, but never got the app because I feel a bit funny about subscriptions. However, this app is more than worth the yearly payment for my mental health. I never thought I was an affirmations girly, but they have been some of my favourite, as well as the courses and quick tools! If you lovely her content you’ll LOVE this app 🤍

This app is absolutely fantastic. The journaling exercises in particular are incredible helpful for productively reflecting on events and working through old emotions. The app looks beautiful and I can’t wait to see what other content is added in the future!

This is such an beautiful and well thought out app that has such an gorgeous simple aesthetic along with beautiful guided meditations and journaling prompts. Highly recommend xxx
