This is used at my apartment complex to open doors and also open the gate if you have a guest coming. The one thing I hate about this app is that I have to login every time I need to let somebody in the gate, this is a huge inconvenience so now I have to try to remember my password just to let somebody in the gate and sometimes my guest have to sit outside the gate for about 5 to 10 minutes till I can get inside the app they have to come up with something better so we don’t have to keep signing in every time we need to let somebody

The HOA of our building adopted this locking system 1 year ago and has been nothing but trouble. The software is rudimentary at best. Mysteriously, one of the common locks of our building will randomly stop working. Leaving the occupants of an entire floor stranded. In addition, using the management features is cumbersome at best the functionality is awkward even when it does work. This company is just waiting for a lawsuit. It’s unbelievable that you can get locked out of your own home even when you have all forms of credentials with you i. e. keyfob, a keycard and phone app and none of them will give you access. This company has changed the hardware three times so it’s obviously a software issue. And the company is clueless. They are selling a product that doesn’t work.

One click allows me to open my compatible Yale locks without needing to select a door. Works quickly and easily to sync my credential and open my doors interchangeably with physical credentials.
