FastAF - Nationwide

Have been texting to customer service for months to use the money in my account wallet. This amount was a refund applied to my wallet after my first order never arrived and I have been trying to use it since. Every week they tell me the fix will be this week. There is no other option for escalation or for me to get access to this money. I am considering the money gone at this point. There are other apps that will get you goods, to use this one is to risk losing your money if there are any issues with an order.

This app is very slow and requires a lot of bandwidth to run properly. I have 60ms latency and about a 5mb synchronous circuit. It barely runs. When I bring to a faster connection it’s better. Not impressed.

I was excited to use the app because it was recommended to me by friends, but was sorely disappointed. Only two items from my order came out of eight total, and I haven’t received any information from them. I was hopeful to test out the app but had a really disappointing experience. Update: Their team handled the problem very quickly and I was able to receive credit to order again. Overall very satisfied with the quick delivery and resolving of problems.
