i was very suspicious of the app at first and i don’t usually write reviews but i figured it would help since the only reason i was skeptical of the app is because it only had two reviews. the food came in great quality, the person who delivered my food was so nice, the only issue i had was that it took foreverrrrr. they do tell you it’s going to take a while though but you can track your order to see how close or far it is, they don’t give you a number to contact anybody so i would recommend ordering your food an hour ahead of time so it will get there an hour later and right on time. other than that everything was great. i chose this app because this was the only app i saw that would go get the food i needed from a certain restaurant and no other dashing app would so 10/10.
The old app was clunky and confusing, but now everything is easier to use. No more buggy drop-down menus, well organized check boxes make ordering and know what you ordered simple. For those who like to order the same thing over and over, a useful reorder button is located under account. Overall the overhaul has given users a cleaner and more accessible app. Sorting restaurants is actually functional now and doesn't glitch out. Yay! Still some minor improvements could be made. Emails have been cut down, but progress notifications don't exist at all now. It'd be nice to be able to get a phone notification or email notification opt in or out option that provides updates whenever the driver arrives at the restaurant and leaves the restaurant as well. The notification that an order had been confirmed with a restaurant was nice as well. There is definitely enough space to add in these options. An about section would be useful as well, perhaps under settings, to give new customers an idea how the service works. These issues are far from deal breaking and can easily be remedied. This new app is a total improvement to an already great, local service.
