I actually saw this as an ad on instagram because I’ve been looking for a new bike but bike stock is low everywhere right now and I’ve had a difficult time finding some good road bikes. I was unsure at first about using it since it was from an ad but to my surprise it’s very professional. They ask some question to get you the right support agent and paired me up with someone with extensive experience with bikes! An avid bike rider who loves and breaths bikes and they were amazing with their suggestions and answered all my questions. They listened to what I wanted and was looking for and made me a curated list of bikes tailored to my preferences. This was all done online or through the app and we just went back and forth through messaging. After choosing the bike we then could go over gear as well to best suit my needs. Honestly I was very impressed! The experts have their own profiles with photos of them and their own gear so it was great to know we had the same interests. They get paid as a commission for helping but not from any specific brands so they only care about helping you pick what’s best. With bike stock being hard to come by they do all the work in researching and getting the product so it’s a huge help! I would recommend this to anyone who needs help finding or choose what’s best for you!

I almost left the site on principle when I got to the end of the questionnaire and they required me to make an account to get the results. That sort of manipulative onboarding experience immediately turned me off, and is totally unnecessary. ———————————————————————— However, I looked at other reviews and decided to give it a try anyway, and I’m glad I did. Seriously. This service is awesome. If you’re not an expert yourself this is the way to buy sports equipment. ———————————————————————— My experience: I was looking to buy my first pair of skis, and got matched with an expert (an actual human being named Sam) who read my messages and came up with a list of suggestions. He explained why he made the choices he did, and answered all my dumb questions about the differences between the skis and what impact the different measurements had. Along the way I also learned that the rental skis I’d been using were *way* short for me. As someone who is still really just getting into the sport, his advice was invaluable, and saved me hours of product research. ———————————————————————— Sam ended up helping me find a set of Skis, boots, bindings and poles that will help me push myself a little bit as a skier and will still be great for me as I improve. 👍

I was looking for new ski gear for a while and I was in a bind. Not quite sure what to get or what type of ski would best fit me. So I went searching and this was one of the first places I landed. At first I was just on the website, but after a while I got the app. It was super simple all I had to do was fill out a little thing about my skill level and how long I have been skiing etc. then it matched with an expert. Simple as that. My expert Rob G was extremely helpful. Through him I found exactly what I was looking for and for a pretty good price too! I would definitely recommend this app for anyone who wants new gear of any type. They have things all the way from golfing to skiing and snowboarding on here. Love it and the experience of person to person that it provides.
