Mini of Peabody is the most courteous, professional and accommodating dealership from sales to service. The Mini of Peabody family truly cares about there customers by going above and beyond satisfying motorists requests. My Mini Copper Countryman S saved my son’s life when he was driving and struck by a deer. My Mini did it’s job by absorbing the entire impact; from the antler slicing the door to the deer body cracking the headlight and forcing it head on into a utility pole. My Mini started to smoke but the emergency system still responded and protected my son from harm. I always loved my Mini and now I love it even more. I traveled around the world over 4 times in my Mini. Now, it’s a parts donor and I had the pleasure to custom order a new Mini. Forever grateful to Mini!

I bought a new SE in Spain and live in Spain. I I downloaded the Mini app from the App Store. The app won’t let me register saying tahtvwe have to go through BMWUSA . When I try to log into the Mini app, I get a message that it wants to connect to BMWUSA.(I am an American). I can not be the very first person to have this issue!! I’ve called 3 different help lines, emailed folks,and still no resolution. Tech support is super slow and confusing….extreme disappointment. UPDATE: Tech support contacted me and the issue was resolved by resetting the country of my Apple App Store (yes, you can do this once you cancel your subscription to AppleTV and enter an address in Spain and a credit card that was issued in Spain). Now you can Reload the Mini app, delete the original one (the one you had downloaded when your store was set to the US) and then register. (Don’t forget to re-subscribe to AppleTV and to reset your App Store back to your home country. ) To MINI: whom to contact and how to contact tech support is very, very confusing. It had to have been designed by Kafka himself. Also, please provide detailed instructions, like I have above, on how to resolve the issue step by step, or walk someone through it over the phone. Better yet, don’t make people go through this 12-step program and make the issue go away. I can’t be the only one with this issue.
