The app needs updates. First of all it’s so slow, it should be faster . Then it should save my requirements such as cooling the seats. What happens to me is that every time I have to turn it on otherwise it will heat the seats. Also why I can’t unlock the doors? The app only locks the doors. Why the app doesn’t work out side Qatar??? Last is the notifications I have to delete each message, there should be a select all as other apps has so I can delete easly.

Worest app and worest customer services at all iam from qatar abd thier customer services at dubai its cost me when i call them also it put us at qeue then they answer nothing wrong.. ok my problem that the app dosnt give order to startup car and when i call them its work fine.. how is that 😅 same place i did that btw there is some private company give services better than original company

thats the worst app i have ever tried i called costumer services they told me i have to go to the nearest service store so they send an email to Dubai and i have to wait for a whole day i was doing what the costumer service there and they told me my account is blocked !!! and when i told the lady that i did what you asked me to do she said try with another phone or delete the app and re install it..
