PENN Play

The ratings are hard for table Played as is but when u buy in and they rate it play; it’s unfair just how it never correct I hb played at a table for hours example ..$15 min start but increased bet to 40 or $50 for hrs but when you leave your writing is still the same $15 you’re buying is never correct and when you address it, they pretend to fix it. The Pitt Boss does especially on craps because of the laziness of not wanting to show how much you have that in your buying are never correct when you complain they claim I wasn’t here here. That’s what the Pimp boss says so your ratings are fixed. That is a very big problem. It’s disappointing.

Do not expect to receive assistance of any kind for any type of issue you may have with this app or its promotions. I have been trying to get a resolution for months with either no response at all or the times I have gotten an email back it was very clear the rep did not take the time to read my issue to be able to address it correctly. It was a pre populated response that did nothing to correct my problem. I created a Penn Wallet and stored my credit card information in the wallet. I have yet to receive the $25 the promotional offer states I will receive for completing those steps. When you connect to a game with your Penn Wallet you are supposed to receive an additional $15. I assure you if I haven’t received the $25 for creating the wallet account I surely am not going to trust to actually use the account and allow them to take money from me when they still haven’t given what they claim they will give. You would think this would be a cut and dry complaint/resolution. Either they are shady or they just don’t care enough to address issues that their customers bring to them. Either way it isn’t a good look for them.

Despite earning a good amount in PENN Play rewards I am unable to actually use the rewards as it states I can in the PENN Marketplace. The error message when I try to checkout with my cart states to contact the PENN support email, which has never responded to any issue that I have had. Additionally, after the big update to the Sportsbook app, PENN generated a second PENN Play account and number for me on the same email. Now when I earn rewards they go to this new account which I can’t access as it has the same login email, and the funds in my original account are set to expire since I am not “earning” PENN cash on this account in the allotted 30 day window. Despite many attempts to contact support, I have received no response on this issue either. A big part of me using PENN for gambling was the rewards system they offered. Since this rewards system doesn’t seem to work as intended at the moment, and with the frankly concerning lack of support they offer I no longer feel comfortable using PENN.
