Canโ€™t top up without wifi connection

I thought it was just my phone at first, but at least three people I know have the same problem where the app only works when connected with wifi, even if we have good cell service and data etc. When it works itโ€™s easy and functional but if Iโ€™m out of money on my card and need to charge it at the bus stop or something thereโ€™s literally no way to do that. Please fix this.

Nothing but errors, canโ€™t even make an account

Tried multiple times over the course of the day to make an account. Nothing but a useless โ€œan error has occurredโ€ each time. To top it off, there is no web version of the app to add money to your snapper card, so Iโ€™m running around Wellington like a fool trying to find a physical location to add money. Extremely frustrating. If you told me the car industry is sabotaging this app so I couldnโ€™t take transit Iโ€™d believe you after the time Iโ€™ve had trying to ride it.

needs improvement

i was able to scan my card the first time. i then tried to top up and now iโ€™m having troubles scanning altogether. i have tried to reinstall to see if it fixes the problem but no.
