Join Blocks - Number Puzzle

Let me start by saying I absolutely LOVE this game. I am quite addicted.. it's my fav thing to do when I wake up, during breaks at work, to relax, when i'm bored, etc. Hes the obsessive ads are annoying, but worth it in my opinion. However, all things said.. once I got up to around 153,000 in the rankings, the number just froze. No matter how much I play the number NEVER goes up, not even by 1. Instead it will go down at a slow rate. I don't understand this. I know other people are plying too, but i'm constantly playing and the score never changes. Any one else have this issue?

The game itself is simple but very addictive. I even prefer the way they’ve structured the ads—more frequent, but much shorter. However, both on my phone and iPad, after several breaks for ads, the screen freezes in “Ad Break” mode, and never returns to the game. Sometimes, all I see is the ad break screen, but sometimes it will alternate between actual ads and the ad break screen, but either way, it never returns to the game. The only recourse is to turn the phone/pad off and then on again, but because you can play only for a short time before this happens again, it quickly becomes extremely annoying. I do hope they fix this.
