Word Maker - Puzzle Game

One day I updated the game and suddenly discovered that all my progress was gone. I had played for a long time and had a lot of coins. Now I have to start over, from level 1. However, after investigating, I discovered that this game and its publisher have been using deceptive advertising tactics to trick players in other games. They trick players by creating an advertisement that looks like a notification requesting an update. Players mistakenly think their game needs updating, so they click on the ad and download this game. And of course, they have to start over if they don't realize they've been tricked. After discovering this, I immediately deleted the game and found the old game I was playing. Luckily, everything was still the same.

I paid so I don’t have to deal with ads. Been playing this awhile and love the game but most the time the bonus words (that should give you 40 coins) it makes sounds and changes the numbers (to look like it is increasing) but most the time it ends at the exact same number and doesn’t add any coins or just adds a few. It’s annoying that I make the bonus words and don’t actually get my payout. Also the spin game I always get 70. Every freaking time. Don’t even put the bigger numbers on there if they aren’t attainable. After one board, I got a special present. .tapped the present, it made noise and flashed the numbers only to go to the exact same amount I already had. Otherwise I love the game…just feel cheated.

I’ve been playing this game for a while now and really enjoy it. Recently though it won’t load. The game loads to about 90% and then shuts down. I’ve restarted the phone but it doesn’t solve the issue. Is there anything else that can be done outside of deleting the app and reinstalling? I would hate to do that and lose my score & the level I’ve achieved.
