i’m tired of waiting now. This product has so much potential to beat the big brands who are providing the data storage. This app is so not user-friendly. All the features they put on are laggy and not direct just for example if I have to download a photo and put in my photos app on my iPhone I have to look through all the pictures because it doesn’t show thumbnails, and then you have to download and off-line folder and from there you put that in photos app, which is such a long process first of all there is no thumbnail for any pictures. I am with this company for last two years and I have been waiting for them to upgrade. I have emailed them so many suggestions. I have told them exactly to map out the app. I know you cannot copy exactly what other apps are doing like Google and dropbox but I know you have so much potential. Please make this app the best app for data storage. Trust me. I will get you the customers. Thank you.
This company has a decent product that could be vastly improved by a few simple app changes, yet they refuse to do them. I have reported bugs and enhancement requests over 2 years ago, and still nothing has been done. I don’t know why they refuse to put some time into making the app more usable. Simple things like being able to select multiple photos and save them to the camera roll (vs having to go back and find each photo and doing them one by one - it’s just plain stupid). Adding the ability to select small, medium or large thumbnails under browse photos. (You can’t see the photo thumbnails you currently generate due to them being microscopic). Please pay attention to what your users are telling you. We obviously know more than the developers creating this unusable interface. (If you continue on the path you are on, this product will not survive!) ** Reply to Developers ** Thank you for your informative reply. I’m a developer myself, so I understand the capacity issues, but hope that you don’t abandon your users. The product itself is very useful and some of these requests are very simple to implement. I’m hopeful that the leadership there will allocate a small amount of time to implement some simple UI changes to the mobile app (which is the primary interface for your product). A small investment here will go a long way in improving the product, which in turn will increase sales. Thank you
But it’s hard to scan through your photos. So many folders inside of folders. I would rather have them all in one single folder in order that they were downloaded. Maybe one additional folder for private photos. We ended up losing (misplacing?) our amber x during our move. Would like to know if there is anything we can do about it besides buy another one.
