Empower is amazing for both the passengers and the drivers, there are no words that I could write here to adequately describe just how truly amazing they are. I am a Rideshare driver in NC, I’ve been driving with Lyft for 13 months... and they’ve taken 50% of the fares from the 3500 plus rides that I’ve given.... I’m a solid 5.0 star rated driver that goes way above and beyond with a 100% acceptance rate.... and Lyft support has treated me horribly 95% of the times I’ve contacted them and it’s extremely disappointing.... Empower has been nothing less than miraculous.... If you’re a passenger, you’ll save a lot of money on rides plus you’ll get features and options that Lyft/Uber has refused to give to its passengers. Download the app and signup today! If you’re a driver, download the driver app and get approved to drive on Empower ASAP... it’ll be the best decision you’ve ever made....

I have been trying to drive with empower for about a year now . Every time I contact customer service it takes a long time for them to respond . I did my background check and the app is still telling me that I have to do a background check and all the customer service representative keeps telling me is clock the drive now button and it should trigger a background check ground check link via email . And they say check my spam folder . Well I been clicking the drive now button for about a year and checking my spam folder and regular email daily and have yet to receive anything and every time I contact customer service I get the same EXACT redundant email . Clock drive now button and it will trigger a email and check your spam folder that’s so frustrating whatever happens to being able to talk to someone on the phone . If you can’t provide help over the phone please be professional,proficient, knowledgeable, and be able to resolve issues quickly with telling me to do something the less 10 reps told me to do . Is anyone chilling my file or my log history of how many times I contacted support this is crazy smfh

I’ve been using this software since being introduced to it in the Spring 2020. Over the years there have been significant improvements in the software. I love the fact I don’t get penalized if I don’t take accept a ride. I’ve used the app to help build my driving business. Because you’re self-employed using this software, you take on the responsibilities of a business owner. It takes patience and determination to help get your rider base built up. Networking, referrals & social media are key to success! I know drivers making really good money with the app. They offer for a 30 day no strings attached free trial for new drivers. That’s a win-win. If you’re tired of being led by the nose ring by the other rideshare monopolies, you should definitely give this a try.
