Empower is amazing for both the passengers and the drivers, there are no words that I could write here to adequately describe just how truly amazing they are. I am a Rideshare driver in NC, I’ve been driving with Lyft for 13 months... and they’ve taken 50% of the fares from the 3500 plus rides that I’ve given.... I’m a solid 5.0 star rated driver that goes way above and beyond with a 100% acceptance rate.... and Lyft support has treated me horribly 95% of the times I’ve contacted them and it’s extremely disappointing.... Empower has been nothing less than miraculous.... If you’re a passenger, you’ll save a lot of money on rides plus you’ll get features and options that Lyft/Uber has refused to give to its passengers. Download the app and signup today! If you’re a driver, download the driver app and get approved to drive on Empower ASAP... it’ll be the best decision you’ve ever made....

I started driving 6 mos ago and was introduced to Empower 1 month in. I signed up and was immediately inspired to give as many referral cards as possible to create my own base of customers, I made it my mission to “flip” as many U/L as I could. Initially I was doing 1-2 rides maybe a day, this week I broke$200 and drove the other platforms about 20% just to get the bonuses and make more conversions. I honestly believe that by the summer I’ll be 95% Empower. If you get the opportunity take it and run, you create your own wealth and market, use this to your advantage and pray they’re in or coming to your market!

Don’t expect customer support to respond to your emails about anything.. a customer was drunk and threw up in my car. Empower said that $25 was sent to me But I never received it .. this was July 14 , I have been emailing everyday since then and not only have I not been paid, No one has responded back to address it. Worst customer support you will probably ever encounter in your life. You never know who you are going to pick up.. it might say a woman but once you arrive it will be 2-3 guys. The pick up and drop off addresses are nearly always wrong. Something you arrive and it will literally be 5-6 people, and they will ask to sit in the front passenger seat we should get extra pay for extra people. The worst part is when it says one price but once you drop off the customer the pay is lower, I sent an email about that but of course no response.
