I have been using deliver Addis for 2 years now and they were fine before but these days not so much. If you order from a certain restaurant and you have already paid and the restaurant for some reason doesn’t have what you ordered, then best believe deliver Addis is not giving you back your money. I even called them back and they took my bank account number and said it would be refunded but nothing, and that’s very unprofessional. There are other options in the city like ZMall that offer a professional food delivery service and a much greater option of different restaurants as well.

Great service and I love ordering from them. The application isn’t anything really different from using their website. I do hope they make changes in the future to improve the navigation and look of the app. Again reliable service but no different from using it on a web browser
