Dam! I am forced to give them 1 start just to submit this review!!!’ When they don’t deserve any!! Or maybe a 10 star for scam!!!!! I try this app for free back in 2024, after not working properly I have cancelled my subscription, however somehow my subscription was never canceled on their end! Worst part is that for over a year now I been charged a small amount out of my Apple Cash account even though I asked Apple for a new Apple Cash number the charges still kept coming. I have contacted the support team numerous time, in which at times the answer and at times they just blow you away and never respond back! The last two time I get a response back stating that there’s now account under my phone, my name or my card activated, but the charged keep coming! After this response I reach out again and they guy told me that there’s was a numbers account under my card number so, but after verifying that those are not my accounts he just blow me away and did not respond back as to if the issue was fixed or not, this morning I check my Apple account and again charges are continuing to pile up! So at this point I will be reaching out to my attorney to help me solve this issue!!’ It’s unacceptable to have been trying to fix an issue for over a year and it’s not fixed and charged are till coming and I don’t even have this stupid app or account with them! So why are you trying to charge me????????? For what?????? It seams like it’s scam app that will grab you info and for the rest of your life will charges you! And will never stop no matter what!!! Even after you delete the app and cancel all your subscription!!! This is by far the worst app and apple at this point shouldn’t not allow them to continue to work!!! Apple should cancel their account and delete this app!!! But will see what my attorney an help me with! I will definitely keep everyone posted how things turn out! And a huge complain will go to the ceo of Apple apps about this app & their scams!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. It didn’t work properly from the start, failing to meet my needs, so I deleted it immediately after downloading and never used it even once. When I tried to cancel my membership, there was no option to do so through the app or my Apple ID—I had to go through their website instead. Even after canceling on 4th January, I was charged on 17th January without any confirmation of the cancellation. When I contacted customer support for a refund, they were unhelpful and did not resolve the issue. Overall, this app fell short on both functionality and customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone.
