The app is great, the prices and the range of restaurants is amazing but for some reason the app keeps crashing if you have an iphone 6

I’m very disappointed with TM Done lately. There’s absolutely no credibility when it comes to delivery times. You place an order expecting it to arrive within the estimated time, but it keeps getting delayed and every time you call to complain, they give the same excuse: the driver is picking up multiple orders. This important detail is never mentioned anywhere in the app when placing an order. If I knew my food would be delayed because the driver was delivering for several customers at once, I would’ve made a different choice. It feels misleading and unfair. TM Done seriously needs to be more transparent about their service instead of wasting customers’ time.

why I forcing me to same my credit card & NOT asking me about OTP?? why don’t you give us the option to not save the card? i may want to use different card! but I don’t want to save it in the app … wither the app is secure or not …. its my choice to save the card or NOT.! Please give us our freedom if we want to save or not!!!
