Love the food for the most part. One of my go to food places for reasonable good choices. They need to stop adding canola oil, avoiding that on their menu gets tricky. Their chefs should know better. It’s a cheap ingredient that is extremely harmful to the human body. Also, The app won’t accept the model of my car and keeps asking for it over and over even though it is entered. This forces me to get down and grab my order, which is cumbersome with a toddler. Tried to report but their system is a huge run around. First call a number. Listen forever and then told to email but they only say the email once be for disconnected.
I miss the old app. The new app continuously sends an error message after I’ve gone through the entire process of choosing my order. Sometimes it helps to load new credit card info but who wants to do that every time. So now I have to walk into the store and order when I should be able to walk in and grab my bag and go. I still fully support Mod Market and love the food but this app issue is getting old.
I downloaded the app twice, couldn’t get it to work, and then deleted it. I tried again today and after a couple of attempts (it hangs up during the registration process), I finally got it to work. I’ve not tried to place an order with it. I was at “True Foodie” level for probably a year or more, meaning I got my monthly $10 breakfast credit and $2 between 2 and 4. I also had a $10 credit on my account, and every bit of that is gone now. I’ve been annoyed with MM lately anyhow. My staff gave me gift cards for Christmas and no store has been able to figure out how to give me my rewards when I made purchased with gift cards. So, it might be time to be done with MM until they figure out how to get their loyalty program back in line.
