This app is honestly amazing. Runs so smooth, FULL of high quality content, and love the interactive and social communities. Can’t wait to see what comes next from GoodLife and look forward to finishing all the lessons!
Within a few minutes of being on the app, I’ve discovered various exercises and activities that keep the app unique and interactive. It’s not just observing random humans cope with stress and anxiety— rather there’s an abundance of surveys and helpful videos that keep me engaged. This is something that I see myself using everyday when I need a little push!!
The lessons in this app are so meaningful and important, I showed my little brother some of the lessons about role models and positive values, and to my delight he really listened and took it to heart. GoodLife has so much potential to make a serious positive impact in the community and I can’t wait to see what they add next!!
