The app did not work for me. I requested cancellation and a refund immediately and I was sent a link. The link did not work either. I was just charged again. Today the link worked to cancel the account however, I did not receive anything about a refund.. I need a refund in full immediately. Looking for an excellent customer service.
I took a photo of my living room and used the app to visualize different sofa shapes and colors in the exact spot. Seeing the sharp, realistic results gave me the confidence to go ahead and buy the green sofa I wanted.
