My recent travel trip from Melbourne to Singapore was delayed for 6 hrs and 15 mins. Etiqa had payout my claim without me filing the form and upon arrival the next morning. I’ve found the experience of withdrawing Cashback I’ve earned from their Refer & Earn program super easy and seamless. I’ve also had quick and efficient refunds (for cancelled travel insurance). I understand the claims which are added to my wallet on the app and I can easily withdraw from it anytime. Very smooth and no issues with withdrawal. A good bonus is the rewards points from purchasing my insurance policies.
