Piki: Food, Drinks & Groceries

I can’t even sign up. Every time I try and enter my phone number, I get an error message saying “the phone number field is invalid”. Even when you barely started inputting the number. I’ve tried several troubleshooting tactics such as: Checking the Sim to make sure it’s on, Turning off my Primary Sim, Redownloading the app, and restarting my phone. Nothing is working. I’m hungry and thirsty and can’t get nothing to eat.

I’ve loved using Piki but lately they get so many orders wrong and have no solution but to tell the driver to figure it out himself. Now I’m scared to use the app. Be cautious of ordering something you really need cause it may not show up.

Maybe Piki should bribe the government into using some that money to make and pave the streets in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. If you live in a well known area you’ll probably have no problem getting food delivered. But if you live anywhere else you will get several phone calls asking you for directions and your food will be ice cold when you finally get it. After waiting 3 hours I called the restaurant and canceled my order. I’ve learned my lesson. Do better or don’t deliver to certain areas.
