Bricks and Balls : Brick Game

I love this game. I don’t play a lot of games & I usually get burnt out quickly, but this game keeps my interest & it’s very challenging, which I like. Cons: it’s nearly impossible to get enough rubies to buy a new custom ball. This is a fail in my eyes, they need should either reward you with a new custom ball after you have successfully beat a certain # of levels, reduce the cost or gift more rubies per level. There are a lot of ads, but purchasing the ad free is worth it. Progress is bonded to phone, so not transferable if you change phones & re-load the app. Pros: addictive, challenging & when I found out you lose all progress if/when you switch phones - the customer service team was awesome & worked with me till we found a solution. I appreciate their willingness to honor the time & money you’ve spent playing their game. It’s my favorite game to date & thanks to good customer service I will continue playing this game & hope they continue to improve upon the rewards & gift shop items while adding new levels & game options.

I’ve been playing this game for a very long time now. When usually I get tired of games after a while, I always find myself opening up this game whenever I pull out my phone. The only thing that annoys me is sometimes you get all into it and try to shoot a ball as soon as the game starts. But then an ad will pop up and cause you to shoot incorrectly. I do wish they could spice it up more by adding special features with the balls if you hit their token, that would help a lot. All in all, I love this game and will continue to play no matter what!

Edit: Thanks for the quick fix! Haven't had anymore issues. Great game! Each level now takes me 5+ mins to complete now that I'm nearing 500....and I refuse to move on until I 3*. Love the challenge! Enjoyed the game a lot more before the last update. Now the ads rarely work. I let the ads complete and get nothing for it. I've played this game several times a day but will probably uninstall if this isn't fixed. Makes the higher levels impossible. Please fix or lose loyal players
