Felt: Relationship Advice

This app has been such an amazing find after stumbling across Mark Groves on social media. I walk away from every discussion with at least one gem that I can take with me and reflect on. I have been working hard in therapy the last 2 years, trying to dig deep and do the work. I’ve found that this works amazing in tandem with that, offering an opportunity for meaningful topics of self reflection between appointments. The things I’ve picked up on this app have even helped me break through a few places my therapist and I had gotten stuck. Just having that different view or way of seeing something from some of the amazing people on here has helped put context around topics I couldn’t seem to break through. I am so grateful for those putting this out in the world, as I know it has an impact on me and so many others. Great find!!

This app is beautiful because it provides opportunity for instruction, discussion and community all on the subjects of self-care, self-worth, motivation, and relationships. The experts on this app offer so many beautiful insights from a variety of perspectives, and they do a wonderful job of addressing questions and feedback in the live sessions. The community in the live sessions is amazing as well. You find support and encouragement from the people in the live chats with you. This work can feel really lonely sometimes, but this app is a place that celebrates the work you do in coming into alignment with your highest self. I have been using the app for about a month now, and I am just so thankful that some thing like this now exists. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

My husband actually shared this app with me this morning (applause for the reach). Amazing to see so many people I have found inspiring and comforting over the years all together in one place, not to mention my only celebrity crush Mark Groves!😉 This had to have taken great effort to launch so it speaks to true authentic purpose that the app is free for the rest of the year, and what a gift during this tense time. I am going to share the heck out of this and lucky are the ones who partake! I can only speak for myself but thank you to all the collaborators who made this happen and to all you brave people who are willing to be open and vulnerable on permanent internet record for the sake of helping others. Because relationships are such a powerful force in our lives they can be the source of so much personal suffering. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY. The professionals here can show you ways to find yourself and become emotionally intelligent. Do away with old fashioned, rigid, unhealthy, and often psychologically damaging ways of thinking. Our future generations will have better tools and a chance to experience the beauty of true human connection and the joy that comes with it.
