OneGold: Buy Gold & Silver

Initiated a withdrawal of funds on June 27 - funds had been available on my account for days - and 9 business days later the withdrawal is still “processing”. Support has now lied twice that “It’s being sent today or tomorrow”. No other contact. I wonder what is it that they have done with my $ that makes it so hard to return now. By the way - I decided to withdraw after trying to buy gold on their website and not being able to complete the purchase due to the process being glitchy. All of this has been communicated at length to their useless support. Nothing but aggravation and loss - horrible. Updated to respond to the ‘developer’s answer’ below: it’s a lie that your support contacted me next day for more information. I initiated all contact - 5 times via email in the 9 business days it took to wire back my funds. Your support person at some point told me it would be faster if the wire went to my originating account instead of the one I wanted so I provided the relevant data but that was after I emailed her. And the wire still didn’t go out. Only when I called in days later, on the 9th day and spoke to another support person on the phone did the wire get sent out. What a bad look to turn it around and try to blame the customer on top of everything.

I’ve bought from Apmex before and the high cost of paying for metal to be shipped has always deterred me from doing it again when I can buy bitcoin for a lot less and secure it without ever leaving my house. This app is very reminiscent of the coinbase app and even uses similar design queues. Very straightforward and simple and looks like it’ll be easy to redeem for bullion when I’m ready. Silver has never been a great investment for me but I do like having some hard assets around. Update The good the bad and the fugly The cost to buy metal on this app beats buying online for sure and when I’ve attempted to redeem as physical metal it looks like free shipping which is rad. Storage fees are reasonable. The only thing I don’t like is that the minimum purchase is $100 unless setting up an auto investment. I have funded my robinhood account $10 at a time whenever I get extra cash from credit card points, random cashapp transactions etc. it’d be nice if I could add any amount to my account. No palladium? Palladium has popped off the most out of any metal and I can’t invest in it through the app, hopefully one day they’ll add palladium. Also hard to beat a local coin shop where you can walk in cash in hand and no paper trail, I don’t have anything to hide but when buying metal you don’t want to risk that Info falling into the wrong hands - apps get hacked all of the time - so I’d hate to make myself a target if my data somehow gets compromised in the future.

Since hearing about One Gold from someone I know is very savvy with their investments I quickly researched One Gold. I have always wanted to invest into something so that maybe I could turn my endless financial hardships into financial stability, but everything came with too much risk or was too difficult to understand. One Gold is very simple to research and I enjoy the information shared. I have grandchildren and everyone close to me always thought I would end up having to raise them because of the struggles I endured while I raised my children. Since they were born til present I have not been made to raise my grandchildren . I am only responsible for myself but I hope to have land and a home for all my children and grandchildren to come to throughout their lives. I feel this opportunity has given me the chance to feel this dream is attainable.
