AOD Mobile

Okay I’ll write a review of my bank. AOD Federal Credit Union. 34 years ago I opened my first checking account at AOD. Since then I’ve had loans, dealt with other banks, had other checking accounts (I’m sorry you had to find out this way AOD). My point is that I have tried other banks, other credit unions over the course of 34 years and I still only call one bank my home bank. I have been in some serious binds. I’ve had some seriously dumb questions and concerns. The people that work at AOD are simply the best. They are friendly and they know what they’re doing. They don’t act like you’re imposing on them when you walk in or call. Also: let’s talk about the app. It’s so easy to use. You can pay bills and transfer money and check your balances. It can be fun as well but that really only happens when you have plenty money in there. See, I’ve never had any relationship last as long as this one has, and we’re still going strong. If only AOD was a woman…

Why can’t you fix the app to work on ALL versions of smartphones and tablets??? The latest and greatest version isn’t so great if you can’t download it and use!!!! You have made where you have to have the latest and greatest version of these new 5g phones and that’s not right for all of your customers that doesn’t run out and purchase the new smartphones every time one comes out!!! Some people can’t afford to do that!!! So please and I’m asking for a lot of other people as well…fix the app so it goes back to working on older tables and phono!! AOD should want to please their customers or have you even read any of the comments and see how many customers actually have the app?? Really y’all can do better!!!

How in the world did y’all convince these people into giving this crapshoot upgrade 4.8 stars? I’ve had nothing but issues. It seems like what is projected as an upgrade is more likely a downgrade because you keep going with cheaper developers and cheaper systems. What’s that old saying, oh yeah, two of them: 1. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it! 2. You get what you pay for! So stop trying to figure how you can put more money in your corporate pockets by going to cheaper crap services!
