Epic Fail!!!
I love AOD as a CU, but their card management app is complete crap. The latest update logged me out, and I now can’t get back in. After entering credentials, the login button is dimmed. Hate the Card Controls app with a passion!!

Error message is the norm
About 4 out of 5 times I open the app I get an error message, even after reinstalling the app and with iOS completely up to date. Very inconsistent and frustrating especially when wanting to pay my Visa bill.

Missing ‘make a payment’ option
Downloaded app for easy control of my AOD credit card and realized there is no option to make a payment, however, the functionality is advertised as available - it is not. It is a PSCU app, so it CAN be available, but it almost seems like AOD has not turned the function on. Same goes for transaction alerts and card controls. Currently, I have to log into the desktop or mobile website to make a payment which is very inconvenient. Will update my review once corrected.
