Runwise - Building Controls

This application is an easy to use version of Heat Watch’s website. When I downloaded the app I was able to instantly see details about the boiler control that is installed in my building, the boiler’s current operation, and the temperatures in the building’s apartments. If a Heat Watch boiler control is installed in your building, it’s great to be able to download an app and instantly have the capacity to handle your boiler operations right from your phone.

As a manager of 40+ buildings throughout NYC, I can tell you definitively that if you don’t have Heat Watch installed in your properties you are flat out wasting your money. Heat Watch has drastically reduced fuel usage by an average of 21 % across my portfolio, in turn saving me thousands on fuel costs EVERY YEAR! Heat Watch is hands down THE BEST boiler control on the market, consistently improving tenant comfort and saving on fuel bills.

We now have Heat Watch installed in all 72 of our buildings in the five boroughs of NYC. Long story short: if you’re not using Heat Watch in a multi family or commercial building you’re plain and simple wasting money. Heat Watch reduced our fuel consumption by over 24% on average per building AND the properties are more comfortable for tenants. It’s incredible—we are finally able to view the status of every building, find problems like leaks and boilers down, and pull up every apartment temperature in real time on our phones. I cannot recommend Heat Watch (and its new app) more!
