Couldn’t the first two boilers to register, then without changing an info enter in my second armor registered all the sudden and then the first did as well. Having same issue with another pair but the first still won’t register and then another outta a third pair that won’t register as well. Also like others said it locks you into landscape. Lastly once registered you can’t rename. I named a pair backwards by mistake trying to register them and can’t rename them to correct my mistake.

Yes, like others reviewers say, there is a landscape lock problem that screws up your phone on occasion, and there is a problem where if you access your boiler via local net then it won’t show up later remote over internet unless you close the app and restart, and vice versa. Also, I have a strange problem where my boiler shows system return temp at the boiler, but the app always shows zero!!! However the app, at the end of the day is still really useful, just has a few bugs and also one of the poorest UI’s I’ve experienced. Very difficult to find where things are hidden.

Update to my review: v 3.0.4 does make a difference because I can now store maintainer info. (Oops. Nope. It started through one logout but then disappeared again.) However, when I try to change operating parameters like setpoints, nothing happens. The update attempts still time out every time. The graph never shows anything. Basically a big disappointment. Try a non-Apple device. Original review: It got installed and I got registered. Got the board connected but there was poor wireless signal. (Replaced cable modem.) If you can manage wired Ethernet, I strongly recommend that because the app does not report to you if the unit goes offline. My biggest issue is that the board and the app are not communicating. I can't change settings via the app. I believe this is iPhone/iPad specific. The service techs have been looking at this but can't explain why it doesn't work. My other complaint is a design issue- many of the values shown on the screens are irrelevant, depending on your system configuration. It is a lot of work to remember which parts of the display are relevant. Too bad you can't customize the app for the actual configuration.
