I appreciate the credit union so much especially with online fraud or suspected activity always notify me and I appreciate it and I can always depend on my card being canceled and a new one reissued as soon as possible. I also appreciate the app online so convenient been doing business there for years, and will continue forever more.

Every single time over the past few months I’ve tried to log in it tells me an error has occurred. I’ve tried reinstalling the app multiple times and nothing. I’ve called the number provided multiple times and they can’t give me an answer. I can log in just fine on my computer or even on the website through my phone, but it’s just not convenient. I wish the app worked, it seems like I’m the only one with this problem and I’ve gotten no help on fixing it.

I have been a customer for 40 years. Now I have a really serious problem with an unauthorized account withdrawal on my account. Can I reach a live person at Insight Credit Union to discuss it, or leave a voice message for a return call...NO LIVE PERSON IN THE UNITED STATES TO BE REACHED...PERIOD. No matter what button you push or department you want to reach..Tge worst customer service I’ve ever seen with any company I do business with.. AND if you leave a phone message, you have no idea when they’ll call you back. All good as long as your money flows in. But if you have a problem to discuss with a live person, you’re out of luck. Bank somewhere else.
