I guess someone got a group of third graders to make an app. It’s slow and glitchy on a Tuesday 3 weeks before the game so I can only imagine how it’ll be on game day. I can’t tell you how many times I tried to sell the tickets and it got stuck or crashed in that process. Dude, if you’re going to force us to use your app for the game at least have a professional adult design a decent app next time because this one is literally awful. Zero stars.
Explain to me in what world making people use two different apps to access their tickets makes sense. It is absurd that I even had do download this app in the first place, and then even after I gave in you still managed to let me down by making it a clunky, cumbersome, and disgustingly unpleasant interface and experience. I want to meet whoever made the decision to put a sliding scale as an input on an application that will automatically close the window when you swipe either direction because until now I did not believe one could survive this life with zero brain activity yet here they are making useless and inconvenient apps like this.
App is terrible. The buttons don’t work, my tickets disappear and reappear, and I keep getting sent to an advertisement page. I bought my tickets on Ticketmaster - the fact that I am required to use this ineffective junk app doesn’t make sense. The only reason to ever use this trash is if you’re forced to ,like Ticketmaster is doing to it’s customers)
