I have been a customer since 2022, love the coffee and customer service. However, this app is very inconsistent. When able to login it works great however there are many times where it does not allow me to login and when I go to submit for forgot password, it says that an account does not exist however, if I login on the computer or web browser there is no issue. other than that no complaints.

Please bring back the viewing of customer’s loyalty card so that we know what we can get for our rewards when physically at the coffee shop. Why is the web’s Coffee Golden Bean rewards extremely different Anna but syncing with the loyalty card? Sometimes you bill me for the beans but didn’t ship it out. I then have no choice but to physically go there and purchase another bag to get me through the week. Please fix and address this situation.
