Why us the game not working again , I can hear the music but it’s a dark screen , I do not want to erase app and download again because I did this the last time and I lost everything I was way ahead and had purchased things and I lost everything, I had to start all over , and now here we go again ,

You upgraded your system but my game took a hit. I can’t add friends you started me over again I lost approx 45 levels, money, cards. Gold exchanges and have contacted you 5 times for a month now and you sent me one email 2 weeks ago saying you was working on it. Very disappointed . You started me at the beginning but I can’t add friends for helping. If this game is not repaired I am done with it. This is ridiculous can’t even get app support to open. Don’t know my ID and can’t even get in to use it. If I uninstall this woul be the 2nd time you restart me at level 1

Overall this is a great game, however the only setback I would say is the constant pop-ups and ads. Literally you can’t even build your village without looking at an ad. Often with so many ads and pop-ups the coins that you have will be raided by the time you get to build. We know there are purchases that we can make to enhance our gaming experience but we don’t need to be reminded every time we click on something. I understand ads pay the bills but this is ridiculous. It’s so many ads and pop-ups that majority of your time spent in the game is watching ads and exiting out of pop-ups, not playing the game itself. Other than that it really is a fun great game.
