Could be better.. Please update
My body Kim connects with my phone right away but I’ll ever it takes extremely long to download any footage. Even if it’s a 15 second clip it will take you 20 minutes to download. Usually if I have a clip that’s 10 minutes or so it could take an hour or sometimes not download at all. Please help with wifi connectivity from the body cam to the phone or tablet.. I am able to view live with no problem through the app. Also, replaying any recorded video is extremely buggy. Please fix as I use this app for my job daily.

Very buggy can even upload 30 mins of footage from my hard work of a fireman trying to show all my friends and family wat I do and how I do it but can’t when I can’t even upload them

Could be much better.
App is extremely buggy and has a very poor interface. WiFi transfer speeds are extremely slow even for 10 second clips. The English grammar throughout the app and for prompts/buttons are horrible. Adding the option to update camera settings would be beneficial as well. Please update this app as I use it every day (or try to) for my job.
