When I first started dating, I came upon toxic after toxic relationships. Yet even after all of that heartache and hurt, I still craved an emotional connection. Most of my friends encouraged me to get Tinder (to which I did), but I soon realized that it was more of a “hookup” app compared to something more serious like I was craving. Because of this urge to emotional and physically connect, I had a tendency to fall back into unhealthy relationships and to pick up unhealthy coping mechanisms. That was all until I downloaded Hinge. Because I’m a lesbian in a small town, it’s so difficult to find members of the LGBT+ community that are OUT. I had to rely on apps like Hinge to meet people. At first, when I downloaded Hinge, it was almost cringe, and that’s because some of the profiles were just not in the realm of my interests (like I said, same sex dating is hard). Then, I came across one profile that I was so sold on, and she and I matched. We talked for a while before we met up.
I just downloaded this app 5 days ago and since then I have talked with a good amount of guys that seem to be a match for me. Then I have gone one date on the second day of downloading the app. This app surely shows more people in your surrounding area than many other gay apps like VGL or Swindr in my case. In this app you can show other guy matches how you feel today with little notification headers. That I don't really get because their is one for horns, but if some guys want that kind of attention from others then be my guest. Anyway all in all I really do like this app and would recommend to the many guys to try for the first time. It is free for the most part, but of course the app will try to get you to buy the premium version and it is actually one of the cheapest monthly premiums I have seen out their for social gay apps. I only have Swindr and VGL to compare, but that's pretty good. The best of luck to making the many connections guys.
I’m a straight, monogamous, working professional in my late 20s and I’ve been using dating apps for little over two and a half years now. And at least in Seattle I would say that this adult swinger site like hinge is the go-to dating app. Dating app reviews are a combination A) “okay, how’s the app itself?”, B) “how is the whole system organized?”, and C) “what kind of people do you find on it?” A) I would say the app itself is very solid. Smooth and attractive. Though notifications and chat room messages can be buggy at, it works solidly. B) I really think Swindr does it right for their spin on dating apps. It's not complicated, it lacks gimmicks, and feels relatively clear-cut. To me it is the way these dating apps should be. C) I think it is the best overall, at least in Seattle, with who you'll find on it. I also love how, unlike Tinder and Bumble. Last, I hold that this kink bisexual 3some app Swindr better than: Tinder, OKCupid, Bumble, Coffee Meets Bagel (though I’d say it’s second place), Match, Zoosk, Happn, Badoo, Plenty of Fish, eHarmony, and Clover. Yes, I’ve tried them all. Just so you know.
