HDFC Bank e-Token

Agree with earlier reviewer and whatever he said about complicated setting up process. Thankfully hdfc rep set it up for me from my branch so it wasn’t hard to find on app store. However, once everything is setup it is relatively easily to operate as it has a very simple task.

Unable to login and make payments from ENET for corporate banking. Rectify this immediately. You should first test the apps before releasing such faulty updates.

Foremost this app was hard to find to install. When you login to bank website, it tells you install HDFC snorkel OTP app. If you search the App Store by this name, you will find nothing. Then I hit the ? Mark button on the registration window and it told me search HDFC Bank 2FA from App Store. Well this also did not work. Thankfully google came to my rescue and I found the app I most probably needed HDFC e token app. Now when you want to setup this app, you first need to chose a password and then enter otp. If you toggle screens to copy the otp from the message inbox, the app brings you back to the start window. By the time I figured this out, I was logged out of my bank website and had to start the whole process again. Most complicated app I have ever tried to install. I hope the developers are listening and will fix this in future releases!
